Propulsion System for the Concordia Multifunctional Vessel

The Concordia vessel is one of the outcomes of the FAIRway Danube project, funded by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) program.
As part of the project, Watermota supplied the following equipment for the vessel’s propulsion system: diesel engines DOOSAN 4V158TIH (530 CP/390 kW), marine gearboxes D-I DMT 240HL, Watermota 40 kVA and 20 kVA diesel generators with standard engines Mitsubishi S4S-Z3DT61SD, ComAp MRS3 control panels, bow thruster powered by a DOOSAN L066TIH diesel engine, shaft, propeller, nozzle Kort Propulsion Co., Ltd..
Sea trials took place in February 2019, and the vessel was launched on March 26, 2019.
